Perform ingredient, in-process, flushing or finished product testing and preparation job.
Perform environmental microbiological monitoring program and support unplanned event e.g. incident, new project.
Prepare Certificate of Analysis for the Customer
Ensure sufficient consumables, media and kits for daily operation
Prepare standards and controls. Record and evaluate data, calculate and enter results into LabWare LIMS. Prepare tables and graphs of data as appropriate.
Maintain housekeeping, GLP and follow safety procedures in the lab.
Requirements:-
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Food Technology, Chemical related studies with related field with 1-2 years of applicable professional working experience
Advanced proficiency in computer programs and software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
Detailed knowledge of regulatory and quality system requirements - HACCP, Good Manufacturing Process (GMP)
