Role Overview
Responsible for managing
sea export shipments (FCL/LCL)
and related receiving activities within the assigned scope. This role ensures
timely shipment execution, accurate export documentation, and full compliance with Malaysian export regulations
. The position works closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production teams to support smooth outbound and inbound logistics operations.
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
Hands-on experience managing
sea export shipments
Familiarity with export documentation and regulatory requirements is preferred
Key Responsibilities
1. Sea Export Coordination
Arrange and coordinate
sea export shipments
with freight forwarders and shipping lines
Manage vessel bookings, sailing schedules, and container arrangements (FCL/LCL)
Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders, particularly Supply Chain and Warehouse teams
2. Export Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and manage all required export documentation, including:
Customs export declarations
ISPM / fumigation certificates
(pallets & containers)
MAQIS-related documentation
Ensure full compliance with
Malaysian export regulations
and destination-country requirements
Liaise with relevant authorities and forwarders to resolve documentation issues promptly
3. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate and complete records of all export transactions
Ensure proper filing and archiving of shipping and customs documents
Prepare
monthly shipment summaries
, including container-related or additional logistics costs, for HOD review
4. Cross-Functional & Receiving Support
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure cargo readiness
Communicate shipment status and documentation requirements directly with the Supply Chain Executive
Support receiving operations for
oil, raw materials, and packing materials
Assist in resolving logistics issues within the defined scope of export and receiving activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
