We aim to design & develop a detailed, human centered experiences to positively impact the lives of millions of people.Join us as a part of AIA Group today!Perform administration, setup and review of alerting for verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions that meet the needs of our internal teams and external clients.Setup of alerts and processing thresholds on regular basis as per business requirementsProvide education / training to other team members as well as other IT departments of how to use the tool in a productive, efficient way to identify potential problem areas.Proactive investigation of potential problem areas based on monitoring statistics.Creation of monitoring dashboards and key Afor IT leadership.Investigate & resolve issues resulting from major incidents as part of incident management and provide detailed root cause analysis.Familiarity with networking and storage conceptsExperience with Oracle, EBS, SOA is a plusExperience with Linux, Unix & Sun Solaris systemsExperience with Shell scripting and other scripting toolsAbility to be proactive, creative problem solver and adaptable to various work pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWork closely with other Business Units and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions.Knowledge of current documentation materials, methods, technology and practicesEnsure AIA company standards and procedures are followedMinimum Job RequirementsRelevant Experience:Extensive experience (7+ years) in Dynatrace & other APM monitoring tools.Previous proven working experiences in working under matrix organization and people in multiple countries is a must.Hands on experience on Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions;ORAn equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience.Education: \xe2\x80\x93Degree Holder of University on Information Technology or related fieldITIL V3 Foundation certification or higherFlexible working hours (4+1)Work-life balanced environment!Provide annual leave and birthday leaveCoverage for medical insuranceProvide equal opportunity to all!#LI-SS1Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
