This role requires close collaboration between the Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to develop, implement and execute content strategies, primarily but not limited to the digital space. As we are constantly raising the bar, we require a candidate who is passionate about brand building, content creation and maximises ROI through a robust media and social plan and/or through media relations. This role will be supported by the respective Leads in Digital Marketing and Corporate Comms. In summary, it\'s about the right message delivered to the right people, at the right time. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Content Marketing Brand custodian of our content strategy with strong understanding of our target segments - behaviour towards health, wealth and protection. Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with potential content partners (media owners, new outlets, lifestyle sites, KOLs, etc) who\'s the right brand fit and support our campaign priorities. Develop fresh, insightful content angles and leverage on topical trends to drive meaningful engagement Brainstorm content ideas to support our brand, product, and H&P campaigns Edit, proofread, provide constructive feedback, and ensure quality control before content publishing, working alongside various PICs. Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners Manage content distribution to both internal and external stakeholders Timely and cost-effective delivery against content calendar Corporate Comm Monitor media coverage for PAMB and main competitors and develop pro/re-active PR activities to ensure PAMB\'s dominance in PR SOV. Build and strengthen media relations for PAMB for content partnership, media pitching, media visits/drops and dissemination of press releases. Manage special projects such as Funds Initiatives or other projects assigned JOB SPECIFICATION Qualifications Degree in Mass Communication / Media Studies / Public Relations or equivalent Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, project management skills, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork Enthusiastic and interested in expanding understanding of the new media and advertising landscape Experience Minimum 3 years working experience in similar responsibilities.
