Job Description

Job Functions:



Carry out daily operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, fire protection, life systems and other essential building infrastructure. Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across all buildings. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify faults or inefficiencies. Coordinate and supervise vendor, service contractors, and outsourced technicians. Ensure all building operations adhere to local laws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Assists in planning annual maintenance budgets, OPEX, and CAPEX needs

Qualifications:



Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or Facilities Management with 5 years experiences in commercial building maintenance or in facilities management. Problem-solving mindset with hands-on technical capability. Strong knowledge of building systems. (MEP, HVAC, lift, fire systems, and other essential building infrastructure) Proficiency in BMS and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
