To analyze and evaluate business opportunities/leads execute research/feasibility studies and support the interactions with potential clients in line with business objectives to accelerate growth for the Business Unit.
General Responsibilities
Support the execution of Business Unit FMCG\'s NSV growth strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
Conduct research/feasibility studies/market scan to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities/trends
Provide basic analysis to research/feasibility studies/market scan to reinforce conclusions to market research
Assist in meetings and material preparation to facilitate negotiations with potential clients.
Support the execution of improvement initiatives to Business Development processes and ways of working to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy
Execute activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client data management
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deal negotiations, preparing business cases/proposals
Respond to queries from potential clients or website contacts in supporting business development interactions
Prepare monthly reports, company profiles, category analysis from Euromonitor and other relevant reports
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrate high research and analytical skills
Demonstrate basic client and customer account management skills
Proven proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
Demonstrate fluency in local language and in English, both written and spoken and Mandarin (spoken)
Education
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing preferred
Work Experience
Up to two years\' experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work, etc. preferred
