  • Provide high quality design assistance including production of materials and advising on design solutions to support the business.
Business
  • FM Central Control Group (CCG).
Having an advance/expert ability on the below listed expectations/responsibilities:
  • To be the SME / SPOC for design materials used for communications, sales collaterals, and other design activities for both internal and external stakeholders. Leveraging from existing processes and strengthening Operational Risk.
  • To work alongside stakeholders to write, design, and distribute materials.
  • Able to facilitate and coordinate design work requests internally and with design team.
  • To prioritize and organize workflow effectively so that all deadlines to internal communications.
  • Working with scrum team members and the Scrum Master and Product Owner to architect solutions that are capable of long-term maintainability and growth whilst delivering focused, value driven changes to a high-quality standard.
  • Develop unique and professional designs that represent CCG branding.
  • Lead the maintenance of design/development resources.
  • Abreast in SCB Branding guidelines.
  • Advance level in graphic designing and Typography.
Technical Competencies
  • Ability to manoeuvre Microsoft office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred.
  • Capacity to manage time accordingly \xe2\x80\x93 As delegated by line management from time to time.
  • Ability to collaborate with business leads across various functions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritization.
Regulatory and Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.]
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Operational Risk Framework & Wall standards and inside information risk, ERMF, FMEA.
