Job Description

Foodle Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and organized Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:



Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their activities Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Monitor kitchen stock and perform regular stock takes Order raw materials and manage inventory Enforce health and safety regulations Train and mentor kitchen staff Assist in menu planning and development

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus
