Retail Outlet Management and Business Development will be responsible for managing the new site acquisition, expansion, and tenancy aspects of properties within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor all present and new project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Plan and manage the new site acquisition that is in line with the Company\'s direction to expand the business. Source and secure the new and suitable site location that is in line with the rental budget, site presentations, follow-up, negotiate terms and finalise tenancy agreements, renewal of tenancies, coordination of tenancy documents and agreements. Build good rapport with property, mall owners and business partners etc. Work closely with other departments on the fit-out, operations, legal documents preparation and monitor outlets\' sales performance. Keep abreast with market demand, conduct market research and prepare a feasible proposal. Managing retail renovation tasks, planning and schedule. Manage communication between designers, vendors and related stakeholder. Preparing design proposal, reports and costing to stakeholder. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope (quality assurance/ report) and within budget. Coordinate internal designer and vendors for the flawless execution. Prepare appropriate weekly and monthly reports to update the senior management on the progress. Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. Minimum 3-4 years experience in Property Management/Property Management system. Experience handling Tenancy, Rental, Renewal, and Leasing administration matters. Exposure to handling Property Management/Real Estate systems have a good understanding of the company\'s requirements and have good relationships with landlords and mall owners. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, reviewing technical drawings, and handling renovation processes. Well-versed in English / Mandarin / Cantonese as needed to liaise with Contractors / Suppliers. Attention to details, strong analytical & problem solving skills, sensitives to figures and statistics. Good communication, reporting writing and presentation skill. Able to supervising vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivate and strategic mind set focus. Frequent travelling required. Malaysian only.
