Job Description

1) To manage, supervise and support a team of subordinates which consist of midwife, nurses and management staffs for the daily operation of Confinement Centre 2) To lead and creating a positive working environment that encourage team feedback and active participation towards Centre operations and Management decision making 3) To direct, manage and support the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of all operational controls and operating procedures based upon the Companies\xe2\x80\x99 established policy and generally other local legal requirements 4) To inspect and ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the entire confinement centre 5) To constantly maintain and improve quality service in overall areas in order to remain competitive, improving clients experience and securing new business for the Centre 6) To build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customers relationships 7) To be actively involved in the search for business opportunity and new marketing tools to increase sales and ultimately improve profitability of the Companies 8) To constantly review and report to the Management on the team performance, customers feedback, marketing competitive and area of improvement 9) To prepare and review sales, financial, marketing strategies and daily activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement 10) To plan and control on material purchase and stock inventory ensure operational efficiency 11) To monitor and taking care daily confinement food quality supply to cater customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and concerns 12) To assist the Company to achieve its goal as planned Job Requirements: \xef\x82\xa7 Those with additional skill in specialist area e.g. Business Admin, Human Resource & Finance function / Management / Customer Service will be an added advantage \xef\x82\xa7 Preferably Managers working in Hotel / Hospital / Nursing Home or equivalent. \xef\x82\xa7 Be initiative and has strong integrity, good leadership skill and result-driven personality. \xef\x82\xa7 Minimum2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field \xef\x82\xa7 Preferred language English & Chinese \xef\x82\xa7 Full time position is available. \xef\x82\xa7 Must be willing to work in Taman Kota Laksamana, Melaka \xef\x82\xa7 The right candidate can look forward to a competitive remuneration package. \xef\x82\xa7 PREFERABLY CHINESE FEMALE ONLY
