Job Description


1. Assisting HOD in supervisory and administrative work (as and when required).
- To run a conflict check, to prepare and fill up file opening forms (new matter).
- To provide guidance, check and assist support staff on conveyancing related matters.
- To provide guidance and assistance to Associate on conveyancing related matters.
- To check online STAMPS status.
- To check on documents submitted for registration @ land office (runner).
- To check and approved payment vouchers.
- To attend to CTOS / Insolvency search (if needed).
2. To assist with handling all conveyancing matters such as drafting / preparing relevant documents for:
- Sale and Purchase transactions (direct or sub-sale - if necessary)
- Perfection of Transfer
- Transmission
- Financing documentation (Conventional /Islamic \xe2\x80\x93 Corporation or Retail Loan)
- Refinancing
3. Assist Associate to:
- draft/prepare letters to relevant parties concerned based on matters,
- Borrower/Purchaser, Developer, SPA Solicitors, End Financier.
- Bills, Stamp Office for endorsement, Land Office for presentation, SSM on lodgment of Form 34/discharge documents.
- drawdown letters to Bank.
- sent reminder if no reply from parties or Bills not paid.
- attend to execution of documents.
- to check and monitor replies from parties concerned.
- answering telephone calls, queries on job scope related matters.
- liaise with client, bank officer and land officer.
- to ensure Bills are paid. - to release security documents for parties concerned and K.I.V return of A.R registered / acknowledgement
4. To K.I.V return of documents from:
- stamp office,
- high court,
- land office,
- SSM
- SPA solicitors (subsale)
5. To keep and update:
- File status/report.
- Bank\xe2\x80\x99s documentation systems
6. To prepare File Transfer Form (in the event of change of Associate / Partner).
7. To K.I.V the return of the executed File Transfer Form and thereafter to submit to relevant department for updating.
8. To tidy-up file and prepare File Closing Forms when matter is concluded.
9. To submit File Closing Forms together with file to respective matters for execution.
10. To monitor the return of executed File Closing Form. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month Benefits:
