Job Description

Responsibilities Execute, review and assist in origination, structuring and execution of corporate proposals such as corporate and capital restructuring, funds raising exercise, initial public offering, merger and acquisition, etc. Coordinate and monitor the execution of corporate proposals whilst maintaining good relationships with clients and other professionals (e.g., legal advisors, auditors, valuers, etc) and relevant authorities for all corporate proposals. Perform analysis on the feasibility of the corporate proposals. Assist and review in preparing documents for submission to relevant authorities for corporate proposals. Attend to queries from relevant regulatory authorities and coordinate with other professionals. Guide and mentor team members in relation to the execution of mandates/ corporate proposals. Attend to any other tasks as assigned by the superior. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of working experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing or any other related field. To be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements. Possess at least a Degree in finance, accounting, law or any other related field. Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA would have an added advantage. Possess strong analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information. Good English writing skills as well as communication skills to liaise with external parties involved in the corporate proposals. Ability to work under pressure and for long hours. Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills. Bumiputera candidates are encouraged to apply.
