Job Description

To provide support to the in-house secretarial department in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions such as reviewing/preparation of resolutions, constitution, statutory forms, and reports. To ensure timely submission of statutory documents and proper maintenance all secretarial records for easy retrieval at all times. To provide advice to internal and external stakeholder and oversee the Company's compliances with the statutory requirements, regulations and other matters as prescribed by the relevant regulatory authorities. To discharge any other duties that may be assigned by the Management. At least Bachelor Degree, CGI(ICSA) qualification or related qualifications. Minimum 5 years of working experience in handling corporate secretarial matters. Familiar in the provisions of the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements and other related laws and regulations. Good command of both written and spoken English. Detail-oriented, good time management and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
