\xc2\xb7 Responsible in overseeing the Credit Control of Company account receivables to achieve the target & goals in rental payment collection.

\xc2\xb7 Perform quantitative and qualitative credit risk assessment on new and existing tenants

\xc2\xb7 Creating and implementing strategies, policies and procedures on collection and impairment to improve the collection of outstanding credit.

\xc2\xb7 Negotiating with tenants in cases when non-payment occurs.

\xc2\xb7 To commence legal proceeding toward outstanding credit upon management\'s approval obtained to mitigate the risk of bad debt.

\xc2\xb7 Monthly review on operating companies\' debtor ageing reports and monitor the debtor\'s payment collection and preparing collection report for monthly management meeting.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable in legislative procedures regarding debt collection and close liaison with external solicitors

\xc2\xb7 Continually evaluate and improve the control of internal processes.

\xc2\xb7 Work fluidly in a cross-functional team environment involving leasing, property managers, retail mall managers, finance and risk and other relevant departments.

\xc2\xb7 Periodically review customer\'s business operation and their financial results.

\xc2\xb7 Visit customer to assess credit risk and evaluate the creditworthiness of the customers

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with debt collection agency and monitor the progress on assigned accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Overseeing collection team and ensuring the accurate and timely follow-up on delinquent accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or any related field.

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 - 7 years\' experience in collections.

\xc2\xb7 The ability to work accurately and independently.

\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.

\xc2\xb7 Strong time and people management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work to strict deadlines.
