Provide accurate and timely submission of management reports, performance reporting, financial analysis & modelling, covering end to end product & segment financials (CIMB@Work (CAW) & Lead Generator (LG)).
Provide financial analysis & strategies on strengthening acquisition and portfolio management for CAW.
Generate leads for CAW in acquiring & penetrating new CAW and prepare leads monthly performance.
Monitor and analyze monthly business performance achievement against budget and previous year.
Liaison person for monthly/quarterly & ad-hoc management reporting requirements i.e. business reviews, ad-hoc reports and business units.
Create and produce requested campaign tracking to improve analysis and segment planning.
Guide, support and advise sales segment (CAW & LG) on data requirement.
Ability to identify and drive process improvements.
Carry out any other responsibilities/ tasks as assigned by CSD FA Head from time to time
Job Requirements
Strong proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis.
Advance knowledge in Excel & Powerpoint.
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A highly motivated self starter who is able to work independently.
A degree in Finance, Business, Accounts or related discipline.
