Job Description

Lead all customers/service quality inquiries and follow-ups. Build relationships with customers. Be able to immerse into all company products with the understanding between products and vendors\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. Manage paperwork and keep work in order. Liaise with relevant departments to complete the tasks given by management. Have basic skills in social media management. Good competencies (spoken, written, and reading) in English, Malay, and Chinese language. Having a driving license D is not compulsory but will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Starting salary RM1300-1600. Probation period of 3 months. Upon confirmation, salary increased to RM1500-2000.
