Prepare, compile & distribute shipping documents including booking confirmation, bills of lading, invoices, etc. for all shipments within the targeted time frame.
Monitoring / updating of daily export / import shipments & nomination shipments from overseas agent.
Troubleshoots daily operational and customer service / documentation issues.
Investigate and resolve customers\' complaints, following up the matter with proper measure being captured and close complaints timely.
Co-ordinates and take ownership in resolution of challenging situation.
Initiates and implements corrective actions as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Collaborate with other departments for the purpose of implementing and maintaining service level to customers.
To perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Complies with company policies, regulatory and operating practices.
Job Requirements:
Preferable 28-38 years old
Min 3 years experience in related field
Monthly Salary RM2,800 - 3,200
Knowing Oriental Language are Added Advantage
Required Skill(s): Computer Literate
Well versed in problem solving on logistics, forwarding, transportation
Good Interpersonal, Communication Skills, Positive Working Attitude, Organized, Hard-Working
