Job Description
Job Responsibilities Assist the Head of Department to supervise the team to deliver in accordance to service level agreements with the branches/subsidiaries for both Security Operation and Security Monitoring teams Conducts departments\' staff appraisals and partipates in emplyment and discplinary decisions To plan and implement best practices/solutions/techologies on IT Security matters Ensures audit remediation and regulation adherence are completed with the agreed/stipulated timeline Participates and be involved in their Head Office, Regional and local projects/initiatives Requirements Minimum qualification of Bachelor\'s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent. Possess at least 5-6 years of working experience in IT Security, Security Network, Cloud Security and/or Cyber Security services. Being a People Manager is an added advantage. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Management, users, and vendors. Minimum one qualification in ITIL, CompTIA, CSX, CISM or CEH
