JOB SUMMARY



We are seeking a creative and skilled Assistant Manager, Digital Content to produce high-quality content that engages our audience and drives brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs and websites to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement and support revenue-generating initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



To lead, mentor and motivate a team of Digital Content Creators.

Develop and execute engaging content strategies for various digital platforms (social media, blog, websites).

Create and edit multimedia content such as graphics, videos, blog posts and social media posts.

Manage social media channels by posting content of our beautiful hotels and resorts around the world, responding to comments and analysing engagement metrics.

Write compelling copy for various channels, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to achieve business goals (lead generation, sales, brand awareness).

Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with the latest digital marketing trends.

Engage with Content Creators, Influencers and brand collaborations to build community and drive engagement.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms and content marketing best practices.

REQUIREMENT:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.

3-5 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.

Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Written and spoken knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Creativity mindset with a strategic approach to problem- solving and brand building.

High level of professionalism, attention to details and adaptability.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
