We are a growing digital marketing agency helping brands scale through performance marketing, content creation, and creative strategy. As we continue to expand in Malaysia and Singapore, we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sales & Operations Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to strengthen our sales performance and ensure smooth client operations.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, supporting execution on the ground, and working closely with the leadership team.
Role Overview
This hybrid role combines Sales and Operations Support. You will handle new enquiries, follow up on leads, perform cold outreach, coordinate internal teams, and ensure client tasks are executed smoothly.
As this position is based in Malaysia, you must be comfortable with
travelling locally
when required for:
Client meetings
Photoshoots, videoshoots, or on-site content production
Project coordination or supervision
Any on-ground support needed for clients or internal teams
Travel will be scheduled and communicated in advance where possible.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales (Malaysia and Singapore)
Manage all inbound enquiries from WhatsApp, website chatbot, social media, and lead forms.
Operate and optimise the agency's digital chatbot for fast and accurate lead responses.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages to secure appointments and close sales.
Execute cold outreach through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic sales decks.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and prepare weekly sales reports.
Meet monthly sales targets with commission incentives.
2. Operations Support
Join and assist in client group chats to ensure smooth communication, prompt replies, and task coordination.
Work closely with internal departments including content, design, media buying, influencer marketing, and production teams.
Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are executed according to plan.
Support onboarding for new clients, including gathering materials, setting up folders, and briefing teams.
Flag issues early and work with the Director to resolve them.
Maintain and improve SOPs and workflow processes.
3. On-Site Duties (Malaysia)
Attend client meetings when required.
Be present during photoshoots, videoshoots, influencer sessions, or any on-site content production.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution on the ground.
Provide on-site support for events, campaigns, or activations when needed.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the Director to implement sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with all teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.
Assist with research, campaign planning, or content coordination when needed.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, operations, or business development (digital marketing, advertising, creative, or SaaS experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with clients.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple chats and tasks at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (CRM, chatbot, workflow systems).
Able to travel within Malaysia for client-related duties.
Possess own transport (preferred).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
