Job Summary



We are seeking a Sales Executive and Sr.Sales Executive with hands-on experience in dealer shop sales and management to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales objectives through proactive market engagement.

This role requires a motivated individual who understands the dynamics of the automotive aftermarket, particularly in tyre and parts distribution, and who is willing to travel outstation to strengthen customer relationships and business coverage.

JOB DESCRIPTION



Support the Operations Manager in daily operational activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of assigned tasks.

Manage order processing and fulfillment activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring data accuracy and system consistency.

Coordinate with customers, logistics providers, sales teams, and warehouse personnel to monitor delivery schedules and resolve operational issues.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal controls.

Monitor inventory and shipment status to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential process enhancements and supporting execution plans.

Handle customer service follow-ups and support inquiries in coordination with relevant departments.

Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.

Travel outstation as required to visit customers and support business expansion efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in tyre retail sales, retail management, or automotive parts distribution.

Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.

Good understanding of the automotive aftermarket and distribution network.

Ability to work independently and manage outstation travel when required.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional dialects (Mandarin) will be an advantage.

Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel within Malaysia.
