Job Description

:

• Plan, prioritize, coordinate and conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modelling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with business analyst, developers, copywriters and Product Owners.
• Refine personas and product storyboard, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and interaction design specifications.
• Conduct contextual enquiries, Design Thinking, Focus Groups, Workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
• Manage the design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
• Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and hardware and software developers.
• Constant monitoring of existing applications for improvement within limitation.
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry\'s standards.

Relevant Work Experience

• 5 years of commercial design experience
• Experienced in implementing seamless user experiences across a variety of devices and platforms.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Experienced in Finance Industry is desired

• Passionate of UX, supplemented with some IXD, UI design, usability or visual design.
• Ability to negotiate required UX with vendors, management, and product managers.
• Possess the ability to shape a concept and own it all the way through from design to implementation.
• Solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces and navigation for all digital mediums.
• Experienced in designing for multiple platforms - Web/mobile/Apps
• High proficiency in wire-framing and prototyping software - Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle, Invision.
• A complete knowledge of all the classic graphic software - Photoshop, Illustrator etc
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
