Its digital activities span over eight countries (retail countries excluding India, plus Philippines). Sephora SEA has experienced rapid growth in the region with many more stores and countries to come.
Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager, E-Commerce.
As Sephora continues to grow rapidly in Malaysia, e-commerce has continuously been at the centre of our growth strategy. Commercial campaigns and our e-commerce operations have been instrumental in our digital transformation, and they are the key success elements in our e-commerce performance. The role of the Assistant Manager, E-Commerce will be to drive Sephora e-commerce campaigns and operations to continuously be in the best-in-class position!
As the Assistant Manager, E-Commerce, you will take lead in fostering a data-driven approach to commercial campaign planning and performance analysis, identifying new strategies or best practices, and facilitating adoption while integrated with an omnichannel and consumer-centric approach.
Reporting to the Manager, E-Commerce, you will work closely with internal and external key stakeholders as well as the Regional Centre of Excellence team to sustain our growth ambitions.
