About the role
As an Assistant Manager for E-Commerce (Marketplace), you will be responsible for supporting the E-Commerce Manager in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, acquire customers, and maximize sales for our E-Commerce platform along with managing of Marketplace digital marketing requirements. You will be a part of digital marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance the online shopping experience
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy execution - Work with the team to achieve business goals, identify the focus areas, execute the plan
Performance marketing campaigns - Plan paid marketing campaigns, track performance metrics including ROAS, Conversion etc..
SEO and Content Marketing - Improve organic searches, recommendations, on site search and visibility
Affiliate marketing - Manage affiliate partners, improve commission and ROAS
CRM - Manage EDM, customer database, Loyalty and repeat purchase
Analytics and Reporting - Use analytics to manage marketing metrics, KPIs and data driven decisions
About the requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Ecommerce, Business or related field
2 to 5 years of Digital Marketing experience with any Digital Marketing Agency or E-Commerce website (especially fashion), Marketplace like Shopee, Lazada or Marketing
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Content, Social media management. And, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics & email marketing platform
* Analytical competency to interpret data, generate insights and make data driven decisions
