To ensure smooth day-to-day operation at the Engineering Department and to provide engineering function support to our users in line of company\xe2\x80\x99s cost savings policy, to manage R&M building maintenance in accordingly EIMS procedure and maintain good relationships between engineering staff and engineering management.

Daily tasks would be

• Report to Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Engineering on major repair and abnormal happenings
• To liaise with end users for work request
• To ensure cleanliness and safety in work place
• Delegate work to supervisors / staff
• To manage staff overtime, performance and productivity
• Maintain staff discipline
• Conduct job briefing and training
• To ensure compliance of legal requirement
• To ensure compliance of engineering IMS requirement

Job requirements

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in R&M building maintenance or related field;
• Knowledge on lift & escalator maintenance would be an added advantage;
• Good command in of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
