POSITION SUMMARY:

FA Manager manages and leads the Failure anlaysis Enginereing Team to support the production line flow analysis , NPI and other site to site product transfer asisance.

This role focus on Product OTD, urgent shipment followup with members, also lead engineering members to have product failure root cause analysis and get product quality improvement. Executes strategic projects in Engineering as necessary.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead FA engineering team to support the engineering business.

• Lead FA engineering team to support the manufactory weekly output.
• Lead FA engineering team to analyze the failure product and filfull OTD.
• Lead FA engineering team to analyze root cause, push related Dept. actions for improvement.
• Manage multiple, concurrent engineering projects while providing leadership, technical work direction and mentoring for local and global teams.
• Work on product line to evaluate First Aritcle.
• Check product information, test data analysis, data gather and analysis, call team building to focus.
• FA engineering team support raw material check method setup.
• Provide work direction and mentoring for junior engineers, technicians, and interns
• Work with other functional team to implement cost reductions, producibility improvements, and quality improvements for existing products
• Regularly report project status; develop metrics and goals to monitor performance and effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent product analysis skills and power supply theory knowledge.
• Expert knowledge of the electronic circuit.
• Expert knowledge of the statistical analysis.

• 4-6 years of experience in an high tech engineering environment(prefer power or renewable energy)
• Prefer 4+ years of experience in leading/managing people and projects (indirect + direct)

• Experience in successfully managing cross-functional teams.

• Bachelors degree in Science (Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a similar environment)
