JOB DESCRIPTIONPerform the primary tasks to oversee financial operations, support management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting as well as providing analytical support in achieving company targets and objectives. Coaching and mentoring for the subordinates growth, learning, and career development.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASK

• Manage and supervise the overall accounting and financial matters, including finalisation of management reports and statutory financial statements that are in strict compliance with the accounting standards and Group policies.
• Support business decisions through an in-depth understanding and analysis of financial and operational performance.
• Ensure timely and enhance quality submission to Group Finance, which amongst others include financial analytics, monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.
• Liaison with external and internal auditors including reviewing the audit reports and internal control matters prior to finalisation.
• Uplift the finance staff strength and provide training and coaching to enhance staff competencies and performances.
• Review annual budget, including participation in the challenge sessions with the business to ensure assumptions underlying the budget are supported.
