What you\'ll be doing : As the 3rd Party Lounge Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for financial analysis, costing, invoicing, and accounts payable related to the lounge service provided to global corporate customers. Your role will involve working closely with the Business Operation Specialist and Customer Engagement Specialist to ensure accurate financial data and timely payments to third-party facilities. Reporting to the 3rd Party Lounge Operations Associate Director, you will play a key role in financial management and decision-making. 1.Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data related to the lounge service, including revenue, costs, and profitability. Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. 2.Costing and Pricing: Develop and optimize costing and pricing strategies for the lounge service, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Collaborate with the Business Operation Specialist to align pricing strategies with operational efficiency 3.Invoicing and Accounts Payable: Oversee invoicing processes for corporate customers and ensure accurate and timely billing. Manage accounts payable to third-party facilities, ensuring prompt and accurate payments. 4.Budget Management: Monitor financial performance and variances against the budget. Implement effective budget management practices and cost control measures. 5.Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and forecasts for the lounge service. Provide financial insights to support business expansion and growth initiatives. About You: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in lounge finance operations and billing. A similar role with expertise in lounge service management finance and contract management will be of advantage. Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills to derive meaningful insights. Knowledge of costing and pricing strategies and their impact on business profitability. Proficiency in financial reporting and budget management. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing invoicing and accounts payable processes. Ability to work collaboratively with the operational team to align financial and operational goals. Familiarity with financial planning and forecasting processes. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.
