Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our FP&A team as the Head Finance Business Partner for our DSS and HomeOwner businesses. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with PG\'s newest business units to drive strategic decision-making, financial performance analysis, and overall business growth. You will play a critical role in translating financial data into actionable insights and recommendations that will guide our organisation\'s success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership
Serve as a strategic financial partner to DSS & HomeOwner business units, collaborating closely to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the MDs and leadership team of the businesses, facilitating open communication and effective collaboration across departments.
Develop a deep commercial partnership, evaluating tactical actions, strategic plays and new business directions.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. Communicate effectively with business leadership and act as the conduit between Finance Org and the business.

Financial Planning and Analysis
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Analyse financial performance, variances, and trends, providing insights into drivers of business performance and potential areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive review.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial feasibility and potential risks associated with strategic projects including product launches, business lines and areas for investment.

People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two FP&A finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for the FP&A function, ensuring alignment with the organisation\'s goals and objectives.
Manage workload distribution, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities for team members.

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Master\'s degree or CPA preferred
Direct experience of financial business partnering with executive commercial leaders
12+ years experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a management role
Deep commercial experience with business partnering senior leadership
Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills
Proven experience developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
