- Assistant Finance Manager
1. Prepare and analyse consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Prepare and review Bursa Malaysia announcements on quarterly financial results and other material disclosures.
3. Review monthly closing activities, including journals and transactions prepared by subordinates.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets.
5. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
6. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of year-end closing and statutory reporting.
7. Coordinate with subsidiaries' finance teams on payment arrangements, banking matters, and intercompany transactions.
8. Handle bookkeeping and payment functions for some private companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
9. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required by Management/Directors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
