Here, you will formulate creative solutions for our customers, juggle numerous items in making them simple, own and drive initiatives, and collaborate with super fun and hard-working group of people who are utterly passionate about their mission.

The Core Job:

Reporting:

• To assist month end closing accounts and prepare monthly management accounts.
• To prepare interface files (journals and registers) from old core system to SAP.
• To work with IT to ensure financial reports are correctly captured and displayed in SAP reports.
• Assist in accounting modules (i.e. taxes, AR/AR, banking, ageing, GL mapping, controls and reconciliation, BI data, data migration, etc).
• To prepare regulatory reports to ISM and Bank Negara.
• To work with manager to ensure MFRS17 requirements are met for financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in BAU management reporting functions.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Minimum Eternal Audit and Internal Audit issues/findings.

Projects and Systems Enhancement:

• Ensure timely reporting to finance teams.
• Ensure timely updating of internal policies and procedures.

Education/Experience:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
• Preferably at least 5-7 years of related working experience.

Extra Bonus Points:

• Preferably Manager specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written
