Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Cafe Assistant Managers to assist the manager and ensure that the operations at a dining establishment are running smoothly to support profitability and provide an enjoyable experience for customers. The assistant restaurant manager\'s duties include scheduling shifts, balancing cash registers, and also to address customers\' complaints and queries in a swift, courteous manner. :

• Opening and closing the cafe.
• Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
• Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to waitstaff.
• Resolving customers\' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
• Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
• Report if any kitchen utensils, equipment, etc,etc damaged or depleted.
• Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.
• To work closely with HR-Training on staff OJT.
• To take up any other duty from time to time, by the management.

Requirement:

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a F&B industries.
• Intermediate accounting and arithmetic skills is advantages.
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and long working hours

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:

• Sup & accounting and arithmetic skills is advantages.: 2 years (Required)
