You will be a part of the residential team of a renowned real estate developer. The primary focus of the team is to actively pursue investment and development opportunities in condominium and serviced apartment segment in Malaysia.
You will be responsible to:
Identify available land banks and explore potential joint venture opportunities to facilitate business expansion within the condominium and service apartment sector.
Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling to assess the viability of potential investment opportunities.
Undertake market research to analyze factors such as supply and demand, market trends, transactions, new project launches, government policies, and economic conditions, providing regular updates to management.
Provide assistance in development operations, encompassing tasks such as design planning, cost control, government approval, marketing, tendering, construction, and financing.
Foster strong coordination and positive relationships with joint venture partners, consultants, and various stakeholders across disciplines, including administration, finance, project management, quality control, sales and marketing, leasing, and property management.
You are required to have:
A recognizable degree in real estate, project management, construction, quantity surveying, business, finance or related discipline.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, with property developer, investment fund or consultant.
Knowledge in real estate development, familiar with relevant laws, process and industry norms. Experience in residential and serviced apartment segment is a plus.
Proficiency in feasibility studies and market research.
