About the job Assistant Manager - GP Liaison

Our Client is an internationally accredited, \xef\xbb\xbfmulti-disciplinary and tertiary care private hospital located in the Klang Valley Region. It was recognised in 2021 for its excellence as imperatives in the digital health industry. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire a dedicated, and experienced \xef\xbb\xbfAssistant \xef\xbb\xbfManager (GP Liaison) to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with and handle all GP activities as his/her main activities including organizing physical and virtual events ie. conferences, forums, engagement sessions, etc.
  • Fully responsible to establish and maintain good business relationships with GPs, Hospital Doctors, Malaysian Medical Association, Family Physician Association, Ministry of Health, Government Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Companies and Private Medical Centres to refer business to the organization.
  • Monitor, collate, input and analyze referrals to the Hospital from all GPs and external physicians, and produce monthly visitation, activities, utilization and analysis reports on time to his/her superior.
  • Handle requests and/or escalate feedback/complaints from GPs and/or patients referred by GPs to the relevant departments for follow-up.
  • Develop and understand the benefits of GP Affiliate Programme, promotional programs as well as new initiatives, and to be able to explain thoroughly and clearly to all GPs.
  • Develop and maintain a cordial relationship with all medical staff and establish an effective channel of communication between the business division and the Medical Staff.
  • Required to organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes and other training related programmes to support GPs and their clinic assistants.
  • Required to continuously source for new medical technology and/or IoT related methods, channels and platforms to increase referrals.
\xef\xbb\xbfKey Requirements:
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfPossess a diploma or university degree related to healthcare industry or equivalent.
  • Has 2 years or more experience in area of expertise.
  • Excellent PR and Communication skills.
  • Must be able to write independently and able to manage a team of staff.
  • Excellent command of the English and Bahasa Melayu, for both written and spoken. Good command in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends and public holidays.
