OSK Holdings is looking for a dynamic in-house Legal Counsel who possessed at least 5 years post-bar experience in Banking / Loan Work space. This role reports to the Head of Group Legal and is it to be based at Plaza OSK, Jalan Ampang. Your Primary Scope of Work: To provide legal support to OSK Capital (A). The Job specs entails: To review, draft and advise on facility/loan agreements and other transactional documents (including security documentation) relating to OSK Capital (A)\'s business and lending /credit arrangements. To liase and work with with external solicitors and all relevant parties on the preparation of the facility/loan and other transactional agreements necessary for drawdown To provide timely and accurate reporting of OSK Capital (A)\'s business and operations under his/her portfolio. To advise and manage OSK Capital (A)\'s legal and compliance matters To assist with Group Legal\'s other financing/banking and corporate work To carry out any other ad-hoc (legal) projects as instructed. To be eligible for this role, you will require: Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian lending/credit and financial services regulatory and compliance requirements (having experience working in an Australian bank or financial institution is a bonus). Able to manage sensitive and confidential information with care and integrity. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-jurisdictional environment with multiple stakeholders.
