Company : Sime Darby Holdings Berhad Job Responsibilities: - Assist with annual review and enhancement of Group\'s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Coordinate the update of risk registers in ensuring risks are identified, reviewed and assessed by the business owners (include monitoring of mitigating strategies and action plans to address the risks) and preparation of Board Risk Management Committee and Group Management Committee meetings. Participate in and/or coordinate Process Improvement/ Project/ CAPEX/ Investment proposal risk assessments in conjunction with relevant project team and/ or coordinator. Continuously investigate and research emerging risks and trends in the industry and report risk related issues that arise throughout the organization to Senior Management where applicable. Assist with the management and administration of risk management software and risk monitoring activities including derivation of KRIs, collation of KRI data, risk appetite\'s parameters. Assist with management of insurance programme, coordination of Business Continuity Management programme and implementation of Group Risk Management programme and activities as mandated by the Group. Job Requirements: - A Bachelor\'s degree in Risk Management /Actuarial /Finance /Engineering or relevant disciplines Possesses Professional Certification e.g CIRM, CRMA, CBCP, CBCI or related, is an added advantage At least 5-7 years\' experience in the risk management, business continuity or other relevant disciplines within risk, governance, and controls Well verse with risk management standards Strong communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills Possesses excellent stakeholder management skills and critical thinking skills in providing solutions and recommendations.
