Oversee the full spectrum of HR activities and processes, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, policies and procedure.
To review the Workforce plan, which involves analyzing the current workforce and identifying gaps and surpluses, which include plan for contractual renewal, extension and termination.
Implementation of strategic directions for people development within the organization.
To manage the HR team ensuring that they are clear about expected standards of performance, motivated and developed to provide professional HR activities.
Formalizing the Training plan and coordinate training programs and other training activities, as well as oversee HRDF claims submission.
Manage employee relations and industrial discipline
involvement on staff performance review and appraisal activities.
Resolving employee relations issues in a timely manner; initiate investigation and compile documentation; provide coaching and recommend appropriate actions.
To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Minimum 5-10 years' experience in HR related role.
Strong working knowledge in HR background.
