Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with business objectives. . Prepare HR proposals and management papers for approval. . Lead Human Capital Committee meetings. . Process payroll and maintain employee database. . Prepare monthly payroll reports and ensure accurate remittance of statutory payments. . Design and implement compensation and benefit programs to attract and retain top talent. . Conduct market research on compensation and benefits trends. . Continuously improve recruitment processes and manage the end-to-end hiring process. . Promote employer brand through various channels. . Manage the annual performance management cycle and analyze performance data. . Address employee relations issues and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction. . Review and enhance HR policies to advocate best practices. . Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. . Handle industrial relations activities and grievances. . Assist in preparing HR reports and documents for submission. . Maintain an organized filing and record-keeping system. Person Specifications: . Minimum qualification of a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent. . Proficient in all aspects of HR management. . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. . Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. . Able to work independently with minimal supervision. . Proficient in English with strong analytical abilities. . Diplomatic, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality. . At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR. . Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel. . In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, including the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act, and Socso Act.
