We are looking for an Assistant Manager (HR) who is able to start immediately.

HR Operations & Administration
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Oversee HR administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance, and payroll support.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Support in managing employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding HR matters.
Performance Management & Training
Assist in performance appraisal processes and talent development programs.
Coordinate training needs assessments and training schedules.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Knowledge of labour laws, HR processes, and best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
