Job Summary:


The Assistant Manager Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable labor laws. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and supporting the organization's overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Conduct job interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.

Employee Relations:

Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and issues. Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment. Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary matters.

Performance Management:

Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations. Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and recognizing achievements.

Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits administration.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational goals. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare regular reports for management on key HR metrics and trends.

Employee Engagement:

Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Organize and participate in events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a senior HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
