Job description

Our client is a multinational business that is looking to hire an Assistant Manager, HR for its sales & distribution hub in Kuala Lumpur. This individual will work independently to manage HR strategy and operations for the office that comprises of approximately 60 employees.

An ideal applicant should come with at least 8 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR and is able to work independently, in an ambiguous environment. Experience in areas of organisational design and talent development would be extremely advantageous.
