Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage candidate databases.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Support initiatives to foster a positive work environment and increase employee engagement.
Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution under supervision.
3. Performance Management
Assist in the execution of the performance appraisal process.
Work with line managers to follow up on performance improvement plans.
Maintain performance records and generate related reports.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Organize internal and external training sessions and track participation.
Maintain training records and support learning & development initiatives.
5. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare letters (offer, confirmation, promotion, etc.) and documentation as required.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support audits and maintain necessary documentation.
Keep updated with changes in employment law and HR best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and HR systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
