Assistant Manager, Insights & Reporting (duty Free)
Job Description
YOUR ROLE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST:
Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Support planning and forecasting efforts, including scheduling and revenue optimization.
Translate business needs into functional requirements for digital tools and systems.
Deliver insights through dashboards and performance reports to drive decision-making.
WHAT YOU WILL CHAMPION:
Champion data-driven improvements across flight operations, customer experience, and cost management.
Drive stakeholder collaboration to align business goals with IT and digital transformation projects.
Lead process improvements for faster, more efficient service delivery and reduced delays.
Advocate for innovative analytics solutions to support route optimization and resource planning.
