1) Summary of Principal Job Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Project Manager in coordination and oversee the project life cycle of facilities related projects. They manage projects from conception through construction and completion. 2) Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assists coordination with End Users to determine requirements and scope of the project; Develops preliminary design concept on each proposed project. Assist Project Managers with design review of drawings and specification provided by exterior Design Professional firms for the purpose of coordinating furniture layout and procurement. Reviews consultant\xe2\x80\x99s completed design drawings and specifications ensuring that program requirements are met; and that the Furniture\xe2\x80\x99s layout and selections meet the Users needs and requirements. Assists to formally document the design and construction process by keeping and maintaining accurate records of all significant project-related events, including but not limited to meeting minutes, design submittals documents, construction administration documents (RFI, ASI, CPR, Change Order request, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 Assist in addressing the defects and arrange rectification to comply with specification, including the handover of property to operators after completion. Assist to manage the submittal/shop drawings review process. Assist in providing problem and dispute resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Certificate in Interior Design. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 13 Years of working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quick thinking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive mind-set.
