Assists to in the preparation of corporate presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, quarterly management report, AGM, investor roadshows and conferences, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
Support Corporate Planning & Development and Finance teams for other internal report submissions
Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
Provides assistance with regard to responding to queries and surveys made by either internal or external contacts
Assists in the preparation and timely completion of the Annual Report through the consolidation of inputs from business units and relevant departments

Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function
Responsible to ensure information/materials in the IR website are correct and updated timely
Monitors analyst reports and summarises them for senior management
Establishes and maintains relationships with investment community
Provide daily investor relations update to the management

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Masters\' degree in finance will be added advantage
Professional Experience
3-5 years of accounting/finance experience, or 3 years\' experience in an investor relations department
Excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills in the investment community
Good PowerPoint presentation builder
