Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in overseeing non-halal kitchen and restaurant operations.
Supervise and guide kitchen staff, including cooks, CDPs, and helpers.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ingredient ordering.
Support scheduling, training, and performance management of staff.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a restaurant/kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
