Job Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing a team.
Solid background in service delivery desk operations and IT infrastructure.
Expertise in driving process improvement and project management within these domains.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Experience working with network and server management support.
Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware and upgrades.
Minimum 5 years' experience in an information technology role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think logically, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
Fast learner, self-driven, self-motivation and proactive.
Mandarin speaker.
Working Location: Bandar Sri Damansara
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)
