Open Position: Assistant Manager, IT Operations & Network (Manufacturing Industry) based in Perak Region
A reputable Manufacturing Industry is hiring for Assistant Manager, IT Operations & Network to join the team and be based in thei Perak Manufacturing plant.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 7 years working experience with good exposure leading a small IT Operations & Infrastructure team providing 24x7 support
- Good technical experience in areas covering IT Desktop & Infrastructure, Network, Security and etc
- Work closely with Head of Department and Production Users to define the overall IT infrastructure support initiatives and solutions to support the Manufacturing production
- Manage the overall IT day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction
- Having technical IT certifications such as AWS, Azure, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, RHEL and etc would be added advantage
- Good management skills with the ability to hire, lead and develop teammates
- Good planning, execution and stakeholder management skills
