Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
Knowledge in computer skills especially Microsoft Office
:
Provide full administrative and coordination services to students on Student Exchange Programme - Academic Exchangel Internship (Inbound and Outbound)
Coordinate with UTAR administrative departments and faculties on the arrangement matters
Coordinate with partner universities on arrangement matters
Maintain good relationship with partner universities
Report to the Director and Head on the progress of each exchange
Review and recommend necessary follow-up actions for improvement
Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
