Job Purpose
Agency of Record (AOR) Management
Manage day-to-day AOR operations, including coordination between internal teams and agencies, tracking deliverables, and monitoring agency performance.
KLGCC Advertising Sales
Manage KLGCC advertising assets. Work with advertising partners to meet annual sales targets and with internal teams to manage inventory and operations.
Job Responsibilities
Agency of Record (AOR) Management

• Serve as the central point of contact for AOR partners, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and alignment with SDPs objective.
• Monitor and evaluate agency performance through quarterly scorecards and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Conduct monthly man-hour analysis to track resource utilisation versus deliverables.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AOR contracts - negotiations and compliance with procurement requirements.
• Develop and ensure SOPs are ready and implement
• Coordinate agency-led external trainings and industry conferences for internal team.
• Quarterly AOR updates to CMSO, COOs, and GCFO and monthly updates to users. KLGCC Advertising Asset Sales Management
• Lead the advertising sales portfolio for KLGCC to achieve yearly sales target.

• Bachelors degree in advertising/Marketing/Business and other relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Property Real Estate, with 3 years of managerial experience.
